THE WORSE EVER in this 9 years of career jouney so far.. I was hired as a recruitment manager and i am doing a recruiter job since a year, no road map or vision is been shown to me and when been asked its told that leaders need local hyd people for a lead role we dont want u, then why did u hire me?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Firstly, manager should respect the team members moreover on the speaking. He don't want to talk normal, 90% he talks on taunt language to me & a manager does not mean god, it means if your team member is in problem you should guide,mentor,help them. NOTHING AS SUCH HAPPENS WITH ME IN THIS TEAM.
