This company is Eating the golden time period of the freshers because they Not at all havinga Projects, everyone just coming having lunch gossiping about each other and went home, NO SALARY HIKE NOTHINGG, Worst scenario, IF this was the situation continues,they needs to shut there business very soon

NO PROJECTS, NO WORK, NO COMPENSATION, Just going to office Eating lunch, gossiping and coming home with ZERO Learning, WORST MANAGERS.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Worst Managers, UnExperienced managers, all Unskilled peoples, Managers full of micro management, everyday iam working with FEAR in this company, ZERO GROWTH here
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Whole Team are totally Unskilled, They don't how to communicate, No one is professional here, full with Narrow Minded peoples. all are fearing about there career because this company not having a good projects. ZERO Career growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Completed more than couple of years here but still I'm working at very low salary,NOT A SINGLE HIKE TILL Now , Zero growth, No Projects here, No Salaries. They are calling there employees to metro city like Hyderabad with such a HOPELESS Salary, WORST management ever seen. No words to say.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Culture is Worst, Managers always put pressure on team, My team is working 17 hours per day from last 3 months (Lady employee also) at night upto 2-3 Am they are in meeting..No Work life balance.. absolutely NOO....Always asking for coming office and when people came to office there No Work to DOO.
