Friendly culture , all departments are pro active when i approach, some time they take time to respond

lack proper policy to drive the team and fixing the responsibility as per role and experience is lacking

know the Indvidual experience and skills and effective utilization of resources. Not biased towards office relations and friends

Team building and interactions, not always depends on clients feedback and guiding the resources instead of last minute action plan

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

No interactions from team members and PM, except for taking updates on tickets. Issues on integration will require team co ordination which 100% lacking in the project

have to evaluate each individual experience and skills and utilise them accordingly instead of taking benefits from one person and paying the same to bench resources

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Manager is less interactive and little spoken person. Interaction should be there one to one and discussions for improvements, planning at work should be discussed based on the project

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Give the role and responsibility as per experience and don't believe in gossips and rumours and judge based on work done. dig into the root cause of the issue instead of depending on third party information

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Have to check the team and internal communication and team bonding. Intra team and Inter team support should be there. Have to support team based on experience and update the client unless there is large gap at resource experience and delivery

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team members are highly experienced and capable to handle any type of situation but i observed Team is located across the various locations, some team members are pro active when i approach, most of the time am not able to reach and communicate with team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As per offer letter - salary should be paid, without discussion and even after pursuing HR and Manager keep quiet and putting the resource in dark make the negative feeling about company. Giving preference to resources sitting on the bench and see that they get VPay at time and ignoring the real
