I have been working directly at client office . It has been mote than 2 years . Initillay it was on contract bases which was extended every 3 months. Now i have been converted to employee since Feb 2025 and lot of issues have been solved related to leaves and getting salary on time.

They conduct meetings reguarly for updates

New learnjng opourtunities and resolving vlinet issue and probing solutions yo complex issues .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work at client place and climet is good . My project manager does not deal prropelry relatd to my people issues properly like leave, approving timesheets on yime etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not as per my experience. I was j itially in contract and the pay hasent changed when i became an employee. I used to get more than my vurent package during 2019 .
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work at vlient place . Cyrently i am the only resoruce for criticalriver with this client. Previosuly we had two resources and they ate good. Have interacted with HR and sales team from Critical tiver and tehy are excellent
