No increments and appraisal since I joined the company

Less restrictive and supportive . Quality of work is also good

Working with colleagues who are my work place friends so that we can perform in pressure as well

I work at client location there is team is good and apart from that our CR team is supportive and available whenever needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is stagnant for last two years and the market rate is higher per my experience. I am chasing for the appraisal and salary hike for last more than an year but even after completing my two years tenure working on same salary.
