They are ready to help when someone facing any technical issues.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They should keep their promises, they should recognize the employee's hardwork. They should take care of the long term employees also.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is no proper value to long term employees, some higher management works only for Company's growth or Self growth but doesn't support for employee growth. Most of the times they give fake commitments just to get their work done.
