Great company but I feel that we need to be paid a little better living in west texas/oil field area our cost of living is higher than our pay just hoping for a little better pay so we don't have to quit.

We always help out each other we try to make everyone feel comfortable working

We play to win together always helping out in every department no matter what department we work in

They asked for reasons why you want the job and placed you in the best fit for the job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Give us a better pay so we don't have to work 2 jobs to pay our bills I work full time and am bearly making it check by check because the cost of living is high now gas prices are going up groceries are going up I have 3 kids and don't qualify for government assistance for food
