What did you like most about the interview process?I was interviewed by Mattison and he was flexible but asked me tough questions.
What makes you most happy at work?We laugh a lot, we don't take things too serious and overall it's a really fun place to be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? How we support out members and our COO is really good. He really cares about all of us and he works hard right along side us.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Severely unprofessional CEO and management team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Empowering their employees for the position they were hired for.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Stretched far & thin. Each location works on a ‘lean team’ structure and is pulled in EVERY direction. Location employees should receive commission, instead, they receive training development to enhance their skillsets related to their position. What’s wrong with being rewarded with cash incentives
