Cub Foods Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

dont know i been retired for 2 years

That there is a 401(k) plan. Also, I have health insurance and that makes it a big plus.

Vacation time and pay, nothing else

It is a fair package

Review from Sales Dept

i work part time, i don't really have benefits, but i get paid relatively well.

It is much more sufficient and stable for me financially than it is at similar chains i have worked at previously.

The 401k is my favorite one

Everything is available at a cost

Review from Sales Dept

Hearthcare is pretty darn good

I wish we have prefer one for insurance

the whole package is extremely livable

health insurance and dental plus vacation

overtime and paid holidays and time off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A huge raise and bonuses that equal my hard work

Really a 10% off coupon for Christmas that's the best you can do and you don't even mail the card it's handed out at your store.

Hello how are you doing

We are not valued at all

Because I was treated unfairly and uncomfortable working with people that were in control of my hours.

I said to the hiring manager what do you know that I don't because he told the store manager I wasn't pass the background check but my background check isn't complete he lied and told me because i was confused and concerned I sent him an email asking about my background then he said it wasn't comple

Have one your senior management walk around in store and act like a manager Be proud of your job don't make everybody hate their job we're in this together to make the customers experience fantastic

As a part timer you do not make alot

Higher pay and to be respected by higher ups. You are just a number to them

All employees should be paid for how hard they work. If you are standing around to pass time you should not be paid the same as the ones who work every minute of their day

I don't think everyone should be paid the same. People who stand around talking or on their phone should not be paid the same as ones who work every minute of their day!

In order to get credit for retirement, you have to work 1000 hours a year. I am always short by 50 hours or so. I think it would be fair to give it to all employees. It is not our fault if they cut hours so you can't make it.

The overall package could be better even if the hourly wage was acceptable. The rest of the benefits are non-existent
