They do try to be supportive

Hopefully they will bring back matching the 401K's next year

The halthcare is just okay. And they took away matching for the 401K (for a year and ahlf).
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and getting the new software down quicker (they are still finding problems and we have had it 10 months)
