
It has been a journey that has not disappointed. While not every day is perfect, there are times, often weeks in a row, where I feel like every day is a worthwhile day.
Doesn't panic. Works for long-term success.

The group has a lot of daily interaction.
Overall, it is just okay to interact with my co-workers.
The ability to have a say in how our systems work.
Health care. It allows me to have the Doctor that I want.
I often need to have flexibility in how I do my job. The flexibility that the company offers has been excellent.
I don't know if I would characterize it as "happy", but I look forward to the work because I feel like it is meaningful. I feel good every day that I can accomplish something.
I always get the sense that the company is looking for a better package and over time it has shown. I came from a place where the benefits were substandard and inconsistent from year to year.
When I hear the other leaders (that are not at our company) speak, they can be selfish, but when our leaders talk, then it is all about what is best for the company or what is best for the recruiters.
