Clear communication and vision. Alignment and consensus across executive team. A great balance of high expectations for performance and quality of work along with a family friendly work culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my coworkers seem to have great attitudes toward their work and are very helpful. It's hard to find any "jerks" here - most people are smart, easy to work with, and generally seeking to make others around them better.
