It's been good, but we are worked hard. Like the culture and the people. Just wish I could take vacations and be sick without feeling guilty. If we aren't performing, I constantly feel like I will be fired. I wish I was paid more for how hard I work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication, our meetings.. I dont know alot of others..
What makes you most happy at work?
Actually making deals, and the feeling that I am doing a good job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive reinforcement from my boss and division manager. Commissions when they're finally paid, and progressive holidays.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My base barely gets me by. I wish we had a little higher base to feel comfortable for the days without a commission.

My salary is pennies for how much the company actually brings in. Also unlimited UNPAID vacation is ridiculous, I feel guilty for taking vacation... I can never get a day to unplug.
What makes you most happy at work?
Movement on my desk. Its hard to stay focused when not much is happening. When things are looking up, you want to work harder. The market takes a toll on you mentally sometimes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To be honest, I don't know who is on the exec team. The company has not done a great job in disclosing or sharing who is who. Shane, Ben, Matt.. that's all the names I know.
