Unlimited commission. If I wanted a high base I would be an internal recruiter.

Putting in deal notes, knowing I checked every box on an offer check list. Knowing my candidate wants the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we all may come from different backgrounds, brought up differently, different political views, religions, etc. We all have one goal, to strive to be the best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They see what the market is like, they understand expectations they set are realistic. Also they see the amount of work it takes today, it isn't easy and there is a lot of competition. But they know how to help and make us successful.
