It was challenging to start up (like at any new company); however, I have made wonderful friends and have connected with supportive leaders who are empowering motivators. I really enjoy the work I do and the impact I make on the lives of others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How emotionally intelligent everyone is. I feel listened to and like I matter. It's really nice.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Solid insurance-- I've been seeing the doctor a lot more lately, and the coverage is absolutely fantastic. Also, the 401(k) and roth ira are great!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new team i'm with has a lot of empathy and strong emotional intelligence. I feel heard/ seen, validated, appreciated, and it makes me want to do my absolute best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How supportive the environment is. People are there for you, and you can tell that you matter-- people are real/ authentic/ honest and not just saying things to "say things" but actually because they mean it.
What makes you most happy at work?
The connections I make with others, whether that's my clients, the candidates I work with, or my peers. I feel like this job really plays to my strengths, and I've never experienced that before working for CyberCoders!
