Having a base salary is great and we also have a very competitive commission structure that's very motivating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about their employees outside of work and are always making strides to make our jobs easier or get us more resources.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a winning culture, but everyone collaborates and is very supportive. I love that our environment is so open and friendly, but also competitive- it's a delicate but great balance!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're all so willing to help, they're very fun, encouraging and positive and they are also very willing to share jobs/clients. It's very much a team effort and I love that.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the actual job itself- getting people who are unhappy into better jobs or getting them a raise or into their dream job. I love seeing all of my friends at work and love doing deals/making money!
