There are multiple facets of the compensation that allows me to feel fully invested in the success of the company.

the camraderie and honesty in which they will challenge decisions, direction, initiatives knowing that they're passionate about doing good work.

What makes you most happy at work?

The challenges that will be solved and how we solve them will come in the same conversation as seeing the latest movie, signing up for the latest tv service (Disney+), watching the most recent game, and/or buying the latest gadget/technology.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We focus on the quality of your work and we focus on the results. How you dress (i.e. no suit and tie) is a distant third (to a degree) to the first two qualities. The casual relationships we have fosters honesty and candor, and that drives problem-solving.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It's a team assessment. Very few rounds. We value our potential hire's time and we don't like to waste anybody's time. We also like to look at the candidate's competency and culture fit. You need both to succeed in our fast-paced work environment.
