What does the leadership team need to get better at?Remembering the middle-tier performers - both compensation wise and highlight wise. Top performers are already heavily compensated and feel as though awards and prizes should be dispersed around middle-tier as well. Also, feel a bit of favoritism and focus on HQ solely.
