similar jobs at comparable companies have far higher pay brackets than DQ. They are ablet to maintain such low compensation due to the longevity of the staff. They tend to keep non-performers who are happy doing the bare minimum for whatever DQ wants to pay.

If they would put more care into their employees
If I had any benefits besides only 1 week of PTO every year.
They need to speak up
The lack of communication and staff makes it hard to stay on the same page and hold a good relationship
Communication, acountability and working together as a team.
They could improve their communication skills and how they react when they dont agree with a manager. We could work together better if majority of the staff wasn't family that feels as if there above everyone just because the GM is their mother

It can be inproved with better management. It gets really hard to work when it is really packed, we aren't well direct.
