the only good part was, Tanner, the gm and trainer. he was kind and at least replied when I asked how I was going to be paid.
Caring, open and transparent. I feel they really want me to thrive and succeed in my role. .

They always stay on top of things.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Patience, training, manners, professionalism, and kindness
They need to do better with accountability and taking care of their work
They need to work on actually listening to the everyday workers and not only the management
Leading us as a team, theres lack of communication and being tespectful. They have created a toxic work place where we are put down, screamed and cussed at.
People's names and faster resolutions to problems and the ability to resolve problems the correct way
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Right now im part time and this is bot applicable to me.
I think there good and fair.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they would put more care into their employees
If I had any benefits besides only 1 week of PTO every year.
Too much to get into here......suffice it to say employees are merely tools for their end goal

How well the employees get along
My team is great the problem lays with the general manager and higher ups
They are usually willing to help and they are able to be friends
we are close and can work effectively

The lack of communication and staff makes it hard to stay on the same page and hold a good relationship
Communication, acountability and working together as a team.
They could improve their communication skills and how they react when they dont agree with a manager. We could work together better if majority of the staff wasn't family that feels as if there above everyone just because the GM is their mother

Positive employes/coworkers and some of the nicest customers made some of my best friends at this job just need to fix corrupt management

New management and more employees. Company codes, conduct, and policies being followed. Employees actually being trained instead of just being thrown in to a postition to learn on their own.

The owner is very homophobic and will not hire people because of the way they look and will make some people leave because of the way they look and won't hire because of the way they look very homophobic if you will

What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed at a site in brookville pa with Jaden. she was kind, informative but lacking true and accurate information due to being lead on by the d.o.o. when asked specifically what travel accommodations were required of me.
At the time the supervisor seemed friendly.
I thought it would be overall better than my last job
They nice understandable friendly attitude

very long interview and personal questions that should not be asked
What makes you most happy at work?
when the job is clear and no troubles, such as reimbursement for hundreds of dollars spent just in gas to get to training. per diem up front not reimbursed a month later. uphold the upper management to higher professional emotional standards.
