Being a creepy immature guy
Patience, training, manners, professionalism, and kindness
They need to do better with accountability and taking care of their work
They need to work on actually listening to the everyday workers and not only the management
Medical stuffs and being able to stay safe

similar jobs at comparable companies have far higher pay brackets than DQ. They are ablet to maintain such low compensation due to the longevity of the staff. They tend to keep non-performers who are happy doing the bare minimum for whatever DQ wants to pay.

If I had any benefits besides only 1 week of PTO every year.
My team works hard and shows up when it comes to making each other’s job easier but it’s really only my coworkers, not so much for mana

My team is great the problem lays with the general manager and higher ups
They are usually willing to help and they are able to be friends

The lack of communication and staff makes it hard to stay on the same page and hold a good relationship
Communication, acountability and working together as a team.
They could improve their communication skills and how they react when they dont agree with a manager. We could work together better if majority of the staff wasn't family that feels as if there above everyone just because the GM is their mother

I interviewed at a site in brookville pa with Jaden. she was kind, informative but lacking true and accurate information due to being lead on by the d.o.o. when asked specifically what travel accommodations were required of me.
At the time the supervisor seemed friendly.

when the job is clear and no troubles, such as reimbursement for hundreds of dollars spent just in gas to get to training. per diem up front not reimbursed a month later. uphold the upper management to higher professional emotional standards.
