Terrible, mismanaged at every level, no training, lack of safety if youre friends with a line lead you can literally walk off the job on the phone and someone has to pick up your slack. If you dont mind constant work the money is good but thats it.

A large mutlitude of issues from the top down, company needs to go bankrupt again or be bought and restructured

Training, following rules, alerting people when machines arent proceeding properly, instead of hoping for major damage so they can go home.
