A break is if your not harrassed for being a moment late from a bathroom break or taking the time to tie your shoe. Or take the picture.

They are not helpful when your new and need assistance they just do it for you. They give you the answers but it's all tossed in and fake
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the negative vibes I got from people. Conversation and hostility. Should make a million off of the people that have to tolerate that type of leadership. It's wrong
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not yelling so loud. "Training is a too much to explain" response. The HR department is funny about asking for help and the myself service sight doesn't work asking for help is thrown out like it's pointless time to take initiative.
