Exciting business and surely the DNA is solid of the company! Recently too many things at the same time seem to be put on top of the pile. Anxious hesitation to just fulfil the analysts expectation without having a clear own vision! The top management is heavily overloaded and needs a break!

Think about the employees and they will take care about the customers. Dana does the opposite!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No space for individual ideas! Too flat hierarchy and top management heavily overloaded! No time for deeper discussions. Only actionism, no time to deep dive issues!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need a clear view on long term viability not short term EBIT goals! Industry is changing fast and they dont wait for metal assembly to show the future. Mobility is changing dramiatically and I did not see a real move towards digital future. On the contrary, budgets in that field are cut first.
