Leadership needs to get better at getting out of their numbers and actually interact with their employees. Regularly assign unrealistic tasks with zero understanding of what they are asking employees to do

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid. Bonuses and pay increases are below standard.
Pay should be a lot higher within the UK and also seems to be a huge gap between low level associates and middle management!
They do not pay near amything to market
Pay lags the market in many areas.

Coworkers need to use their brains and try to solve their own problems instead of dumping their problems on others

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There's a continuous work on culture, it's never enough. In addition, all autlmony removed so people just no longer take the initiative to do anything

Much more intentionality. Have a plan -- communicate the plan -- follow the plan -- communicate any changes *before* the change is made.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Focus on value of employees and treating our customers really well.
Bad service, low quality, inefficiency
Customer facing functions are not enabled to deliver best service
The company runs on old, Frankensteined equipment. They nickle-and-dime to where nobody can get replacement equipment before it's too late. Buy new stuff instead of limping along for far too long. "You have to spend money to make money!"
