Underpaid. Bonuses and pay increases are below standard.

Pay should be a lot higher within the UK and also seems to be a huge gap between low level associates and middle management!

They do not pay near amything to market

There's a continuous work on culture, it's never enough. In addition, all autlmony removed so people just no longer take the initiative to do anything

Bad service, low quality, inefficiency

Customer facing functions are not enabled to deliver best service

The company runs on old, Frankensteined equipment. They nickle-and-dime to where nobody can get replacement equipment before it's too late. Buy new stuff instead of limping along for far too long. "You have to spend money to make money!"
