I love working for dassault, from the benefits to the pay, to the hours and convience. I enjoy the temperature controlled enviorments and overall cleanliness of the facility. I'm not fond of the Cintas uniforms as they wear like trash bags (very baggy). I believe the two 10 min breaks are too short
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom to move up, grow, and learn as much as i want to be more successful
What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't feel like an interview. It was more like a tour of the facility and saying "this is where you are going to work"
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't hover or micro manage, but when the work needs to be done they aren't timid about cracking the whip so to speak. They're humane and don't treat you like a number or another cog in the machine
