Company goals are unclear for me therefore I am not involved. Many of the company processes are unclear. Equipment given to employees is embarrassing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I want more involvement in company work. And this involvement is not easy to get. On some projects managers could be de deceiving and break agreements.

Less stressful project. Less responsibility. Working as an ordinary developer, not a team leader.
