Prior to this, he served 15 years in senior leadership roles with Walt Disney Company, where he joined in 1987. He has led Avon Products Inc.'s turnaround, strengthening its balance sheet, improving operations, returning cash to shareholders and launching a new fourth brand. He has been the Chairman of David's Bridal, Inc., since 2012. Mr. Pressler serves as the Chairman of John Deere Landscapes, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of eBay Inc. since September 29, 2015. He has been a Director of OpenTable, Inc. since March, 2008 and serves as its Lead Independent Director. He has been Director of Overture Acquisition Corp. since October 2007. Mr. Pressler serves as a Director of Fan Appz, Inc. and CD&R Landscapes Parent, Inc. He served as the Chairman of SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. since December 2013 until June 23, 2017. He serves as Director of David's Bridal, Inc and CDR DB Investors, Inc. He has extensive operating and consumer marketing experience in leading some of the best known brands around the world. Mr. Pressler received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta in 1978.
