Being allowed to dictate my own day, provided the opportunity to shine in my day to day work.

Women in management! Younger management team, but I think that is what makes it better, more considerate when it comes to their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very positive and upbeat, my previous employer had a lot of people openly talking about their problems, that doesn't happen here
