Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They knowingly pay grossly below industry standard for every position below executive level, that does impact morale; even with the snacks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is slowly shedding it's homogeneous skin and actually developing some culture. It will be interesting to see how it grows.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's hard to rate a CEO we only know from passing in the hallway, always looking at phone and literally mowing us down. I hear he's nice tho
