The sales team has a nice personality

What did you like most about the interview process?

My interviewer made sure to do an assessment to make sure i was qualified to work in the stock room

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Picking experienced or willing to learn team members to keep productivity flowing and the sales and stock floors safe for all staff. Also not penalizing staff for managerial mistakes

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Im undervalued at my location because my manager over works me doesn't hire additional competent staff to help in the stock room and implements write ups for conditions he has created that affects the moral of the staff

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The managers that we have have created unsafe work conditions they hired inexperienced new staff and left new associates untrained and left to figure things out themselves. Over crowdedness in the stock rooms and new stock associates they hired had no previous training.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The manager needs tonbe a better manager. He staffs inexperienced people and doesn't make sure his leads and supervisors train the new incomers making for a ton of confusion mismanaged money and an unsafe and overcrowded stock area. Our staff is unsafe at our location
