The manager needs tonbe a better manager. He staffs inexperienced people and doesn't make sure his leads and supervisors train the new incomers making for a ton of confusion mismanaged money and an unsafe and overcrowded stock area. Our staff is unsafe at our location
Be more truthful about exatly what you are doing and what the job entails
The managers that we have have created unsafe work conditions they hired inexperienced new staff and left new associates untrained and left to figure things out themselves. Over crowdedness in the stock rooms and new stock associates they hired had no previous training.
Worry more about the customers satisfaction not micromanaging your employees .
