Posted a month ago

Review from Engineering Dept

I honestly like everything about the compensation package

Review from Operations Dept

Flying on standby to anywhere in the world.

Free travel for myself & family

Review from Operations Dept

The travel / the people /

The opportunity to travel to wherever I want

We get bonuses throughout the year

profit sharing twice a year

Medical/dental/vision; stock purchase; free or low cost flights to anywhere the airline flies.

Flying benefit and discounts around the world

Great compensation package company is beneficial to work for

Top pay for the industry. Annual bonus of a minimum 10% of salary.

Paid time off and holidays

The price of our benefits is very good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher compensation and or want my grandkids to be able to travel with me with my perks

Salary base needs to increase

I've been told one thing about my benefits to find out it's not true. If a doctor representative gives you bad information they're not responsible for it.

Increase the salary and benefits

Employees have no moral now everything sorry

there is not a liveable wage

This type of heavy-duty work is worth way more than $15/hour. No vacations and no sick days are offered.

While the operation is 24/7, we need to have breaks from it. We are consistently told that the operation is more important than our lives outside of work.

Because I have been loyal and taken on greater responsibilities over the past few years but been declined a raise two times. Our division is creating new high paying positions left and right but can’t afford to give a raise to a top performer and 10+ year vetera

I have not gotten a raise in about 2 years. Despite taking on more responsibility.

i have not gotten a raise in over 2 years. all lower level managers are treated the same even though some work harder than others.

My employees make similar salaries

Because i get 20% lower than avg salary

Better flight benefits and pay

The disability insurance that is part of the employee package, and the additional employee paid portion increasing my long term disability to 60% is offset by my SOC income, which is never disclosed when they brag about the benifits package, in effeact steaking my SOC retirement.

The work hours are long with salaries typically 10-20% market if you were ro do a ai ilar role in an adjacent or different industry

Getting annual raises based on merit

It seems like coming out bankruptcy the salaries got frozen in time and haven’t kept up with the changes

More benefits and money and more wheelchairs

Review from Operations Dept

It needs better administration. They say too much but difficult for employee to implement. Better deductibles and out of pocket limits. And no social security off set on legacy pensions.
