Working for a company where all employee's like & coming in and doing their jobs. Pilots have held us back due to being able to. Contingencies should be put in place such as reserve pilots but hours in the sky then pose an issue.

Overall there is no incentive to work hard and be a good employee. I get paid the same as crappy works and my efforts were not noticed or appreciated. If you are a hard worker you’re just expected to do more.

What's going on is that management at stations are shoving rules and saftey guidelines which can hurt an employee down our throats. It takes to long to transfer to another station. Also, takes to long to get full time. Some of us ready reserves have families to feed bills to pay and can t.

The Flight Benefits are probably what I like best about the company. The front line employees are fun and generally work great together. Mid management at the station is fairly close knit and there is a good ole boy mentality among them.
