Leaving and days when thete is no woke events or emails

The people I work with daily

Helping people, the assistance and support

Working for a company where all employee's like & coming in and doing their jobs. Pilots have held us back due to being able to. Contingencies should be put in place such as reserve pilots but hours in the sky then pose an issue.

The customer recognition and job responsibilities.

Being able to work around the ramp and work on the planes to get them back in air on time

Working with exceptional co workers. Getting fair rest and pay.

Passenger appreciation for assistance provided

the fact that we work as a unit to achieve huge goals

The Travel benefits for sure

I enjoy interacting with customers that are going on vacation, reunions, a first flight and business travelers. Many say they always try to fly Delta!

I wish I had never retired it was the best experience of my life

The unknown. Who will I meet, where will I go, the culture. There is almost nothing to worry about because of the support around me so I can jump in with both feet.

Overall there is no incentive to work hard and be a good employee. I get paid the same as crappy works and my efforts were not noticed or appreciated. If you are a hard worker you’re just expected to do more.

What's going on is that management at stations are shoving rules and saftey guidelines which can hurt an employee down our throats. It takes to long to transfer to another station. Also, takes to long to get full time. Some of us ready reserves have families to feed bills to pay and can t.

What do you like best about your company?

The Flight Benefits are probably what I like best about the company. The front line employees are fun and generally work great together. Mid management at the station is fairly close knit and there is a good ole boy mentality among them.
