Having an actual GM that show's up for the employees and works hard!
What makes you most happy at work?
My co workers. Because we have to stick together when we don't have a GM that takes leader ship
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually being there when he is needed on the weekends instead of us being over seated because he don't believe in a wait system!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When all of us servers stick together because we have no General manager to help.. Like the last 2 . They HELPED! Reese is not there for inventory. Or is he there at all on our busiest mornings on the weekends. Look at the cameras. He lets the night crew puff their puffers in the dry storage
