Nobody does their job weather its prepping or stocking or cleaning , the kitchen is always set up for failure for the next shift
You cant mix fresh tomatoes with bad tomatoes, GET RID OF ALL THE OLD ONES AND REPLACE THEM WITH NEW ONES . Before you loose good candidates
Having 7 different shifts through out the day isnt gonna help . Immediate shift change at 12 o clock at night isnt gonna help , it just messes up employees scheduling and there time off
