The people I work with especially my managers, specifically my general manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance they offer is waaaaay too expensive and there aren't any stock options to my knowledge, but the stocks aren't as bothersome as the high insurance rates are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like my family, in fact, we call each other work family, bc we're all so supportive of each other and there for one another in times of extreme stress or tragedy. We share the good AND the bad times with each other and THAT is why I adore and enjoy my job and my coworkers.
