I don't like it the hours and the pay is poor you're not appreciated for the work that you do and I don't get along with any of the other employees

The guests are most positive and make my day better

That was quick and you found out right there if you got the job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think waitresses of staff need a raise and are not paid fairly and need paid time off and vacation days
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication needs to improve be up between all shifts. And many of the first shift employees look down on or judge second and third shift employees because they've been there longer
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with their employees and making sure that everybody is taught the same system and way things are done.they're not very good at listening and being understanding and considerate to their employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's a lot of fighting between employees and judgemental employees. the grunt work of the job is not distributed evenly throughout all the employees for that shift so I usually get stuck with it
