We all work together. We help each other and are grateful for their help in return.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The informality. Serving isn't brain surgery and to be set at ease during the interview process is invaluable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise. The hourly rate for servers in the state of Utah has not changed in over 20 years!!!
