The cooks are extremely positive. They will joke and try to cheer you up when you are upset.

I was at ease the entire interview. The questions were simple and they were very understanding of my unusual circumstances.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our manager is more of a friend to the waitresses leaving the rest of the team unable to find management to complain about lack of stock or issues up at the cash out station.
