When I started with this new Dennys everything was great. Over the past two months the manager who runs the location on telegraph Rd in Ventura ca has made it clear he only wants his friends from other locations and his family working for him. He has pushed 7 white employees

Our manager is super negative and will only listen and follow through with concerns if it benefits him
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The general manager at the 4095 telegraph Rd Ventura Ca 93004 has pushed out all Caucasian employees and only has his friends and family members on staff. If your not a friend of his or family you only get 8 hours a week if you get full 4 hour shifts
