It was very quick. It was ok for my first few months
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to all employees. Have real meetings. Do real investigations not just take someone's word for it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I feel since this is privately owned that they keep doing these things because no one stops them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm treated worse than the rest of the employees. I don't feel safe at work because they even let the customers curse me and call me out my name. Management won't stop it because they do it worse.
