
Employeesseem to get along which makes the workplace pleasant
The end of the shift. I'm not sure I like this job
I'm new but the cooks have massive seniority one has about 15 years another has 22 and another has 30 something so it's safe to say they leave me with a clean kitchen at the end of each shift
My interviewer was very pleasant lady who seemed to have the knowledge of how to run her stores for the ml post part but I do believe there are a few things happening she should know about like manger laziness and neglectfulness not to be mis construed as lacking staff and being tired
I feel my skills/exp add value to the company so we can focus on details rather than also important fundamentals. I spend my own time/money to make store a better place in an effort to enhance the lives of my employees and guests.I believe keeping high standards is how to get respect not free passes
