I love my direct manager she works hard to help us out while we work.

That each one of my coworkers has a positive attitude and a great out look on the job at hand
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am working as a server but do things a shift manager does. I am a shared employee so my district manager has to put in my pay and has been "forgetting" to put me in as an 055 and a cook for when I take cooking shifts.
