We work hard and play hard. Every quarter we go through team building exercises that include games in the meeting room, team bowling trips, etc.

Very helpful. Truly have a coaching mentality. They want to build our skills the right way so we represent the organization the best we possibly can.

Our team is a cohesive unit. We all have responsibilities that if are not done the right way, will let down the entire team. We have built an atmosphere where we encourage each other to succeed to the organization succeeds as a whole.
