From day one, I was both teaching and learning. Everyday I learn something new. There are a lot of incredibly talented people that come here and I get to help them as they progress and learn along the way.

Interactions between coworkers, mentors, and students. It's very easy to get things done with these people.

I get to do what I love (programming and teaching) with those who care about programming and learning!

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care a lot about us. I have a couple of different disabilities that make it difficult for me to keep up, but they have gone way above and beyond helping to accommodate me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've rarely been on a team that works as cohesively as this one. It's not only very easy to get along with everyone, but when we're together, we get things done quickly and efficiently and everyone participates.
