What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process was pretty much just answering questions. Really simple, no curveballs, and colloquial.
What makes you most happy at work?What makes me most happy at work is knowing that I am directly helping all the students that are in the program. They are very vocal with thanking the staff that change their lives and extend them help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The best part about leadership team is they're understanding and will not micro-manage most of the time. Everyone is very collaborative. Most of the executives will also reach out to people of all levels in the company.
