Well we're I work in south Africa, cape Town, they have business partners/owner drivers, who manage most of the driver me included an all as well as myself feels as if as we we ARe being abuse when it comes to labour an what we are getting paid but we have put up with it cause work is hard to find

The unfairness towards the contract drivers
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm a courier an I love my job I would not want do anything else an I get along with almost all the staff permanent or not even the cleaners an security but only up to a fraction of the supervisors an management that is were it ends
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with the operations team an clients cause I love meeting new people an I just love what I do an do it to the best of my ability hoping that one day after almost 15 years I would be made permanent an work directly for the company that is my dream personly
What do you like best about the leadership team?
were I work from me an guys working for business partners are normally excluded from DHL activity so I cant comment on that but DHL permanent staff are looked after like they surpose to even though the company Will not flourish the way it is if the drivers don't collect an deliver even work sunday
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
So the only reason that I work is so that I don't have to turn to a life of crim that but I just want fairness an to be a part of the company like being made permanently employed an not work for a contractor been with the company for almost 15 years but never permanent an that is all I want
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was 1st interview the branch manager at the the time was a guy that just wanted a person who no the city at the time there was no Google maps he asked me if I was in a area an there was a no to get back from 1 route what would I do an then I told I'd use a different route an the job was mine
