The worst company ever. Manager and supervisor is too pushy like they own the company.

Understand each other, not push each other whenever met the deadlines. Second, too many useless training and excel exams. Wasting productivity hours.

Know whats best for your staffs or teams. Always support them not give them such pressure which makes they wanna quit all the time. This is working place, not mental hospital. Think thru your thick skull.

Should cut more time for training as it's wasting staffs time. Performance Analyst should go with 1 ideas. Diff ideas makes Data Management staff abit confusing doing their task. Example : Germany Country. Too many diff opinion for PA.
