Hired in 1993 as part time I made full time in 1995. I was laid off in late 2009 during DHL's drastic restructuring. I was rehired again in 2020.

Not getting in the way of the work.

Long term relationships which are as close as family.

I was a rehire so my interview process was basically passing the physical.

Our team members are personable, direct, respectful, cordial and effective at getting the job done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a self starter being able to accomplish the tasks as they unfold before me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was laid off in 2009 and never received a callback despite declining a buyout. I gained employment elsewhere after being laid off and recently returned ineligible for many of the benefits I had accrued with fourteen years of service.
