I work on a new building, and they invest in technology, also there is members with a variety of backgrounds that can teach you new things.
The opportunities are not based on qualifications but solely on the relationship you have with management, it does not matter if you work hard, you wont get promoted unless you are pals with the mangers. Supervisors they don't have voice to offer when a promotion is reviewed. pay is not good either
